A viral video out of Brooklyn shows a man surrounded by residents on Ditmas Avenue after he allegedly exposed himself to a young girl on Friday, October 16, with bystanders revealing he offered $50,000 in cash to be let go before police arrived.
The footage shows a tense confrontation as community members held the man against a car until officers responded. In the video, a woman is heard challenging him: “Is that what you do all of the time? Pay people to keep quiet? You think we need your money?”
