Who was really running the White House while Biden was declining cognitively?
President Trump recently cast doubts on the legitimacy of the Biden White House’s use of the autopen to sign pardons and other documents.
On Thursday a third Biden autopen was discovered amid a federal investigation into “who ran the United States while Biden was in office.”
House Oversight Chairman James Comer is also spearheading a congressional investigation into the former president’s health coverup.
The Gateway Pundit reports: On Wednesday President Trump directed his White House Counsel, David Warrington, in consultation with Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate “whether certain individuals conspired to deceive the public about Biden’s mental state and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the President.”

Today, President Donald J. Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum directing an investigation into who ran the United States while President Biden was in office.
- The Memorandum directs an investigation into whether certain individuals conspired to deceive the public about Biden’s mental state and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the President.
- The Memorandum also mandates an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Biden’s purported execution of the numerous executive actions during his final years in office, examining policy documents signed with an autopen, who authorized its use, and the validity of the resulting Presidential policy decisions.
Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, revealed on Sean Hannity’s radio show on Thursday that his team discovered a third Biden autopen.
This autopen signature was in use starting the first week of the Biden Presidency to sign proclamations.
“Now today we’ve discovered a third autopen signature type that was used on proclamations. So think of things like tariff related or the trans day of visibility – those types of documents,” Mike Howell said.
“Did multiple people have access to it? What were the control mechanisms? And that makes this look like it was very chaotic without ample control
The Oversight Project previously gathered every document they could find with Biden’s signature – ALL used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.
In March, the Oversight Project discovered there was a second frequently used autopen signature for Joe Biden’s pardons and commutations.
Autopen A and Autopen B have slight differences in the signatures.
