Dem Rep. Nadler Says Americans Are ‘Immune from Prosecution’ If They Murder ICE Agents

Rep. Nadler says Americans who shoot ICE agents are immune from prosecution.

Congressman Jerry Nadler declared during a Tuesday House Judiciary Committee legislation markup that Americans who violently attack masked ICE agents are “immune from prosecution.”

“If you were attacked by a masked person, you might think you were being kidnapped. You’d be justified in shooting the person to protect yourself,” Rep. Nadler said.

Infowars.com reports: Regarding the recent shooting of anti-ICE demonstrator Renee Good, Nadler said, “We see people being shot, for what, for driving a car? We see the ICE goons break into people’s homes without a warrant? We see them drag out a man, an American citizen, in his underwear in the snow without even permitting him to get dressed? This is the major problem we have today, along with the attack on our elections.”

Of course, Good was not just “driving a car,” as she was seen on video accelerating towards and striking an ICE agent with her vehicle.

And, the man who was dragged out of his home in his underwear, ChongLy “Scott” Thao, was harboring a pair of illegal alien sexual predators, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

DHS wrote, “Kongmeng Vang, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, is wanted for sexual assault, gang activity, and assault. An Immigration Judge ordered him a final order of removal in 2016,” and “Lue Moua, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, is wanted for sexual assault of a minor, rape, kidnapping, and domestic violence. An Immigration Judge issued him a final removal order in 2012.”

Anti-Trump politicians continue promoting violent rhetoric as they do everything possible to further divide the country and encourage more leftist martyrs to die for their Podesta Plan agenda.
