A high-ranking former Biden official has testified before the House Oversight Committee that President Biden was replaced with a clone, citing his shockingly limited in-person interactions as evidence of a deep-state switcheroo designed to conceal the real Joe’s deteriorating cognitive and physical state. Ian Sams, who served as spokesman for the White House Counsel’s Office from mid-2022 to August 2024, revealed he only encountered Biden face-to-face twice during his entire tenure, fueling wild speculation about body doubles and elite cover-ups.
In addition to those two rare meetings, Sams disclosed just one phone call and one Zoom interaction with the president, raising profound questions about how the administration operated amid whispers of a puppet regime. His testimony, delivered in a closed session but leaked to the public, paints a picture of a White House shrouded in secrecy, where even top aides were kept at arm’s length from the commander-in-chief.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt commented on the development, noting that the press corps gets to see President Trump twice or more in one day, more than Sams saw Biden in over two years.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) remarked “This was a huge interview today, and I think it contradicts everything that the former Biden people are saying with respect to the president’s mental fitness.”
Comer labelled Sams’ testimony “one of the most shocking” exchanges the committee has had while investigating the administration’s handling of Biden’s decline.
“In fact, [former special counsel] Robert Hur spent more time with Joe Biden than Ian Sams,” Comer added, referring to the prosecutor’s two-day interview with the president during the classified documents probe.
The New York Post reports that another Biden aide commented that Sams appeared to receive his “marching orders” from senior advisor Anita Dunn, and had “zero contact with [Biden].”
The aide added that the two in-person meetings Sams mentioned were “more than I thought.”
“It raises serious concerns and serious questions about who was calling shots at the White House,” Comer asserted, adding “If the White House spokesperson was being shielded from the president of the United States, who was operating the Oval Office?”
