When singer and actress Lindsay Lohan announced that she would run for US president in 2020, social media exploded!

“In #2020 I may run for president. Through ups and downs #YESWECAN lets do this,” wrote 29-year-old Lohan on her Instagram.
Lohan says will take care of all the children and suffering in the world.
It seems we have Kanye West to thank as Lohan cited the rapper, who also announced a 2020 presidential bid, as an inspiration.

As RT points out, unfortunately (or fortunately?) Lindsay will be only 34 in 2020 when the presidential race starts and according to US Constitution won’t be able to fight for the post. Presidential candidates can be at least 35 years old.
Lohan’s brushes with the law may also prove a hindrance to her Presidential ambitions says Fox news. She has been arrested twice for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine. The “Freaky Friday” star has also had her probation revoked at least twice for failing to comply with the rules.
