After nearly two weeks of relentless online speculation about her appearance following a White House event, Susan Dell has finally spoken out, declaring that she is, in fact, not a lizard person.
The philanthropist and wife of Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell issued a statement Tuesday claiming that her flickering eyes and reptilian facial features are the result of anti-aging treatments — not evidence of a reptilian bloodline.
Dell’s appearance at a White House event on October 7 sparked weeks of viral speculation, with social media users comparing her to aliens, robots, and reptiles.
“I am aware that many people on the internet have been saying I am a reptilian shapeshifter,” Dell said. “I am not a lizard person. I am a human woman who donated $6.25 billion to help American children.”
Dell added that if the commentary gives internet users a “brief sense of superiority,” they are welcome to continue.
The Reptilian Connection
For those unfamiliar with the lore, the reptilian conspiracy theory draws connections between the Draco constellation, ancient bloodlines, and shape-shifting beings who allegedly feed on human energy.
Some versions of the theory posit that these beings are not lizards but rather “greys” or “vampires” — which, as noted by sources close to Dell, would make her statement technically accurate even if the conspiracy were true.
This nuance has not been lost on the conspiracy community. One observer noted on social media: “They call themselves greys or vampires not lizards so she isn’t lying per se.”
