The “Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill” is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
The following information needs to be read, then shared far and wide….If you are a parent in England… it affects you.
The UK government has spent months trying to push through the “Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill” which will create a Digital ID for every child in the UK.
Data from schools, health services, councils, police, in fact your child’s entire life will be stored in a government database which parents get zero control over what goes in.
Starmer and his cronies are attempting to disguise this control as care and sadly once a laws like this is passed… it rarely ever goes back.
The government’s new ‘Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill’ sounds harmless.
But it’s not.
It gives the state sweeping control over your child’s life, their data, and your right to decide how they’re educated and cared for.
Here’s what’s really inside the Bill:
A Digital ID for every child.
⤷ A government-controlled identifier linking data across schools, health services, local authorities, even police. No way to opt out. No parental control over who sees it or how it’s used. Parental rights removed.
⤷ Key decisions about your child’s education could shift from you to the state. Local authorities would determine what constitutes a “suitable” education. Loss of confidentiality.
⤷ Sensitive family information could be shared without your consent. SEN & vulnerable children hit hardest.
⤷ The same councils that lose 95% of SEND tribunal cases would have even more power. They could veto flexible learning options essential for anxious, autistic, or trauma-affected children. Home education under threat.
⤷ Even if you don’t home educate now, this Bill could remove that choice in the future.
Expect intrusive reporting and oversight for any family choosing a different path. If you:
Care about your child’s privacy and reject a hidden Digital ID system,
Believe parents, not the state, should decide what’s best for their child,
Want to protect the right to home educate,
Believe SEND children deserve tailored education, And want support services to focus on safeguarding, not surveillance and control. T
