Official Report Concludes Israel Is Committing Genocide in Gaza

An official report from the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) has concluded that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, detailing violations of four out of five prohibited acts under the 1948 Genocide Convention in a comprehensive 204-page document titled “Voices of the Genocide.”

• Measures intended to prevent births within the group, harming pregnant women and infants, leading to increased miscarriages, stillbirths and maternal and neonatal deaths.

The paper echoes conclusions by other leading human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. In December 2024, Amnesty International became the first to conclude that Israel had committed genocide during its war on Gaza, while Human Rights Watch found that genocidal acts had been committed.
