In the most explosive revelation to emerge from the ongoing investigation into the origins of COVID-19, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has exposed that Dr. Anthony Fauci funded the development of a technique specifically designed to hide human fingerprints on lab-created viruses.
The technique is called seamless ligation cloning extract (SLiCE) – and according to Kennedy, it serves no legitimate public health purpose.
SLiCE is a genetic engineering method that allows scientists to assemble multiple DNA fragments into recombinant molecules without leaving any traceable sequence behind. In traditional cloning, researchers leave “scars” or marker sequences at the junction points – genetic fingerprints that scream “this was created in a lab.”

But seamless ligation eliminates these tell-tale signs. Who would use seamless ligation, except a bioterrorist in a lab coat?

Kennedy put it bluntly: “That is a technique for hiding the engineering project. Normally, when you do that kind of engineering, you can see it, and you can say, ‘That bug was created in a lab.’ He developed a way of hiding all traces [of what] was developed”.
Funded by Fauci, Taught to China
The paper trail reveals that Fauci’s NIAID funneled some $220.5 million to Dr. Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina, who developed the seamless ligation technique and nicknamed it the “no-see’m” method . Baric then taught this concealment technology to Chinese scientists – specifically to Shi Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology .
Kennedy explained: “He taught that to the Chinese scientists — to Shi Zhengli. There is no public health [reason for this]; it is the OPPOSITE of what you would do if you are interested in public health” .
“Only a Nefarious Purpose”
The question that demands an answer: Why would American taxpayer money be used to develop a technique that makes it impossible to detect lab engineering?
Kennedy provided the only logical conclusion: “To teach people how to hide that only has a nefarious purpose. It is about developing bioweapons. It is not about developing vaccines”.
The timing is devastating. In 2021, when intelligence agencies were tasked with determining the origin of SARS-CoV-2, they came back saying, “we don’t know.” According to Kennedy, they had to say that because they were “financing it over there” – and seamless ligation had effectively erased the evidence.
The Signature They Couldn’t Hide
In a stunning twist, researchers later discovered that Baric’s “seamless” concealment gimmick actually leaves its own minute but legible signature – and that damning signature has been found in the genome of the virus that causes COVID-19.
Fauci’s former protégé, Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo – who replaced him as NIAID director – is now suing Kennedy over her firing, alleging she was removed for speaking out against what she called “an abuse of authority” and “a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety”.
The science is clear. The funding trail is clear. The only question now is: What horrors are they still hiding?
