In this video a strange black ring was spotted in the daytime sky hovering above a village in northern Kazakhstan.

Freaked out residents are wondering what the strange black ring is with some suggesting it could be a portal to hell.

In the video below the mystery black circle hovers in the air for fifteen minutes before disappearing.
