US lawmakers supporting the NDAA’s merging of the US military with Israel must face Nuremberg 2.0 trials on charges of federal treason, according to Tucker Carlson, who labeled the merger a “humiliation for America.”
Speaking to the “East Meets West with Olga and Tara” podcast, Carlson slammed Israel for gaslighting Americans and feeding disinformation to the US media, as they did before the Iran war with claims that decapitating Iran’s Supreme Leader would collapse the Iranian government.
“So there’s a long track record of the United States, its people, its 350 million people being misused by Israeli intelligence,” Carlson said, adding, “And so the idea that you would merge them formally is a generational disaster. It’s also humiliating.”

Asked if supporting the merger constituted treason, Tucker responded, “Well, it’s the definition of treason. It’s the definition. This is treason. This is acting against your own nation on behalf of a foreign nation.“

“But a lot of Americans are waking up to the fact it’s not a minor problem,” Tucker added, noting the Iran war is collapsing the American empire and European economies.
“So the idea that the Republican Party would support a merger of U.S. and Israeli intelligence IDF and Pentagon is so deranged that you have to root for treason trials, for Nuremberg trials at some point,” Tucker opined.
Section 219 (formerly Section 224) of the FY2027 NDAA has been criticized for creating a “United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative,” which establishes a framework for defense technology collaboration between the US and Israel on everything from weapons systems R&D to AI and cybersecurity – despite Israel representing one of America’s largest espionage threats.
