Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino says he’s “shocked” by the “alarming”findings of the Bureau’s investigation into the Obama admin’s Russiagate hoax used to smear Donald Trump in 2016.
He said “i’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.’
Bongino posted a message to X on Saturday saying that the Bureau had uncovered disturbing findings of “political weaponization of both law enforcement and intelligence operations” while reviewing evidence recently criminally referred to the FBI by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

He wrote:“During my tenure here as the Deputy Director of the FBI, I have repeatedly relayed to you that things are happening that might not be immediately visible, but they are happening”

InfoWars reports: Bongino added, “We are going to conduct these righteous and proper investigations by the book and in accordance with the law. We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE. As with any investigation, I cannot predict where it will land, but I can promise you an honest and dignified effort at truth. Not ‘my truth,’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH.”
The FBI deputy director’s message comes as Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard joined a White House press briefing on Wednesday breaking down an ODNI report documenting evidence that pointed toward a “treasonous conspiracy” among Obama-era intel officials, who manipulated classified intelligence in order to attack Trump.
Bongino’s post came just minutes before President Trump shared a meme Saturday showing Obama evading police and Trump in O.J. Simpson’s White Bronco; however, Trump has indicated Obama is likely protected by presidential immunity.
