House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has warned if Bill and Hillary Clinton continue refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas and testify under oath about their deep ties to pedophile sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, he is prepared to have them arrested and dragged before the committee.
This explosive threat comes as the Epstein scandal roars back into the spotlight, with Congress on the verge of forcing the release of thousands more damning files straight to President Trump’s desk. Comer didn’t mince words in his interview with Just The News, blasting the Clintons for stonewalling every single official inquiry into Epstein’s VIP child-trafficking network.
“We’ve subpoenaed Republicans and Democrats alike,” Comer stated. “Donald Trump has answered questions about Jeffrey Epstein for years – in front of the American people, no less. But the Clintons? They’ve dodged every single one. In every official inquiry I’ve seen, they’ve repeatedly avoided putting anything on the record about Epstein. Their continued refusal is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.”

Citing precedents like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro – who faced prison time for defying Democrat-led subpoenas – Comer made it crystal clear: the Clintons could “risk prison” for their “silence” if they keep hiding.

This isn’t some partisan witch hunt – the original subpoenas for the Clintons were issued back in August 2025 following a bipartisan subcommittee vote.
Yet while other high-profile figures (including former AGs and FBI directors) have complied or provided statements under penalty of perjury, the Clintons remain the holdouts. Why? What are they so desperately afraid of the American people finding out?

- Flight logs and court documents place Clinton in the orbit of Epstein’s island paradise – the same “Little St. James” where underage girls were allegedly trafficked and abused.
- Hillary’s family had their own creepy links: Ghislaine Maxwell’s nephew worked on her 2008 campaign, and the Clintons maintained a “close relationship” with both Epstein and his madam Maxwell, according to Comer’s subpoena letters.
- Epstein and Maxwell helped set up the Clinton Foundation
For years, the Clintons have hidden behind “I don’t recall” excuses, private servers, bleached emails, and destroyed evidence. Remember the mysterious “suicide” of Epstein in custody? Or the endless list of Clinton associates who met untimely ends? The pattern of cover-ups is undeniable.
