Obama Referred For Criminal Prosecution Over Trump-Russia Hoax: ‘The Great Deceiver’

Former Democratic congresswoman and current Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has formally referred former President Barack Obama to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution, alleging his direct involvement in what she calls a “manufactured intelligence assessment” that fueled the Trump-Russia hoax.

“The evidence that we have found and have released directly point to Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment,” Gabbard declared during a press conference on Tuesday, unveiling a declassified trove of over 100 pages she claims proves the Obama administration conspired to falsely link Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign to Russian interference.

According to Gabbard, the intelligence community under Obama deliberately politicized and distorted assessments to build a narrative that Russia was supporting Trump’s election — a claim that ignited years of investigation and political turmoil.

“This was not a mistake. This was a coordinated effort to undermine an incoming administration and deceive the American people,” Gabbard said. The documents have been handed over to the DOJ and FBI for further review, with Gabbard urging swift legal action.

The move has reignited tensions in Washington. Donald Trump called the revelations “treasonous,” demanding criminal accountability for Obama and his former intelligence officials.

In a Truth Social post, Trump shared an AI-generated video depicting Obama in handcuffs and declared that “very serious consequences must follow.”

Meanwhile, conservative media and GOP lawmakers have rallied behind Gabbard, calling the findings long-overdue vindication after years of skepticism toward the origins of the Russia probe.

Democrats, however, have denounced the referral as a political stunt. Obama’s office issued a statement labeling the allegations “bizarre and baseless,” pointing to bipartisan findings that Russia did, in fact, interfere in the 2016 election, even if no votes were changed.
