Russia Accuses CIA of Unleashing a Bioweapon as the ‘Engineered’ Plague Spreads to a Third Country

Fact checked by The People's Voice Community

The Kremlin has dropped a bombshell that the globalist media is scrambling to suppress: Russia is now openly accusing the United States, Western intelligence agencies, and the Bill Gates-funded World Health Organisation of engineering and unleashing the so-called “Russian plague” as a bioweapon.

The explosive allegation comes as a third country — Madagascar — confirms four cases and five suspected infections, following earlier outbreaks in Russia and China. The World Health Organisation is demanding Moscow hand over its lab data, but Putin’s government is refusing to cooperate, pointing the finger squarely back at the very institutions now demanding answers.

According to sources close to Russian intelligence, the pathogen did not escape from a Siberian lab by accident. It was planted there — deliberately — to justify a new round of global lockdowns, emergency vaccine mandates, and digital health passports.

And the West’s fingerprints are all over the crime scene.

The crisis originated on October 2 when 28-year-old lab worker Darya Shipilova died at the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute in Russia. Unconfirmed reports suggest the researcher dropped a test tube containing infectious bacteria — but Russia has since denied this.

In response, Russian authorities placed approximately 200 people under strict quarantine and shut down multiple hospitals in the region. Officials in Irkutsk have publicly denied that the death was caused by bubonic or pneumonic plague, instead attributing it to severe pneumonia.

International experts are casting severe doubt on the Kremlin’s own narrative — but not in the way you’d expect.

Former CDC director Dr Robert Redfield has publicly questioned the official response, noting that wild-type plague is highly susceptible to antibiotics and typically difficult to transmit human-to-human. He theorised that the extreme quarantine measures suggest the facility may have been handling an antibiotic-resistant or genetically modified strain of the Black Death — a bioweapon in all but name.

But Russian intelligence sources say that’s precisely the point: the strain was designed to be resistant, designed to spread, and designed to terrify.

And the people who designed it, they claim, were not Russian.

RUSSIA POINTS THE FINGER — AT BILL GATES, THE WHO, AND THE CIA

According to leaks from within Russia’s security services, the Kremlin is now advancing a shocking theory:

The “Russian plague” was never Russian at all. It was a bioweapon developed by Bill Gates, the WHO, and Western intelligence agencies, then planted in Siberia to trigger a new global pandemic narrative.

Why? To justify another round of lockdowns, emergency use authorisations, digital health passports, and — most crucially — mass mRNA vaccination campaigns that would make Gates and his pharmaceutical partners billions.

The timing is suspicious, to say the least.

Bill Gates is the principal funder of the WHO. The WHO is demanding Russia open its labs to international inspection. And who benefits from a new plague scare? The same people who benefited from Covid.

As one Russian official reportedly stated behind closed doors: “They created the problem, they created the solution, and now they want to inspect our labs to hide their tracks.”

Moscow’s refusal to cooperate with the WHO is not obstruction — it’s self-preservation. Putin has long considered the agency compromised, viewing it as a tool of Western pharmaceutical interests rather than a neutral health authority. Handing over lab samples to an organisation bankrolled by the very man accused of engineering the pathogen would be, in the Kremlin’s view, handing over the murder weapon to the suspect.

ISRAEL’S MYSTERIOUS HEAD START

But if you want to talk about suspicious timing, look no further than Israel.

In a development that has sent shockwaves through independent research circles, Israel reportedly had an mRNA vaccine candidate ready for the “Russian plague” before the first case was even confirmed outside of Russia.

Let that sink in.

Before Madagascar reported its first case. Before China began stockpiling supplies. Before the WHO even issued its first warning.

Israel already had a vaccine.

How is that possible? How did Israeli scientists know exactly which pathogen to target, exactly which mRNA sequence to use, before the world even knew what was happening in Irkutsk?

The official explanation — that Israel is simply “prepared” for emerging threats — strains credulity. This is a pathogen that allegedly only emerged in early October. No legitimate vaccine development timeline works that fast.

Unless . . . they already knew it was coming.

Independent researchers are now asking the questions the mainstream media refuses to touch:

  • Was the “Russian plague” pre-planned?
  • Did Israel’s advanced mRNA infrastructure give them insider knowledge?
  • Is this the next phase of the Great Reset — a new pandemic, a new vaccine, a new round of control?

CHINA PANICS, MADAGASCAR RESPONDS, AND THE WORLD BRACES

As the Kremlin maintains its silence, the ripple effects are being felt worldwide.

In China, social media rumours of the pathogen crossing the border have led to frantic panic buying, with residents rushing to secure rice, eggs, canned goods, and protective supplies. Unverified claims of plague-related cases in Shanghai and Chongqing have only fuelled the hysteria among communities near the Russian and Mongolian borders.

Meanwhile, health authorities in Madagascar have launched an urgent response to their new outbreak, administering preventative medication to 200 close contacts and initiating a widespread flea extermination programme to curb the spread.

Although the plague is endemic in parts of Madagascar, the timing of the outbreak has heightened global vigilance and fears of a mutating threat.

In response to the escalating situation, South Korea’s disease control agency has announced enhanced monitoring and screening for travellers arriving from Russia, ensuring anyone exhibiting respiratory symptoms or fevers is swiftly assessed.
