The daughter of the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been taken off of life support.
The news has finally been reported to the global media by her family.
Bobbi Kristina had been in a medically induced coma for months. The 22 year old was taken off life support, as her father Bobby Brown made the announcement on Saturday. At a concert in Texas, Bobby told the audience, that his daughter was “awake”.

The family has, however, not yet disclosed how well Bobbi Kristina is recovering since being taken off life support, according to E! News.
“I could say today…Bobbi is awake,” Bobby Brown had told the audience at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, adding: “She is watching me.”
Kelilah Fell, a person reportedly close to the situation, said on Facebook: “Please don’t stop praying for Bobbi Kris even though she is off life support and she has woke up. We are decreeing life in her body and healing and we want to pray that god restore her body and everywhere that she hurts and we want god to mend her broken heart and make her whole all over again.”
Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in the bathtub of her house in Atlanta on Jan. 31 and was admitted to Emory University Hospital. Since then, she has been in a medically induced coma due to a swelling in the brain.
