Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), chair of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, says the American people are on the cusp of receiving long-suppressed answers about non-human intelligence operating on Earth.
Luna, a vocal advocate for UAP transparency and a veteran who has pushed aggressively against bureaucratic stonewalling at the Pentagon and intelligence community, made the remarks during high-profile appearances, including on The Joe Rogan Experience.
She explicitly rejected the conventional “alien from another planet” framing, instead describing the phenomena as “interdimensional beings” capable of operating outside normal space-time constraints.

“I have observed things that are of non-human origin and creation,” Luna stated. “I don’t call them aliens.”

Luna emphasized that she has personally reviewed compelling evidence — including photographic documentation of craft or objects “not made by mankind” — and hinted that the public will soon be able to “see them for themselves” and draw their own conclusions.
Lawmakers, according to Luna, have been briefed on incidents involving movements “outside of time and space,” based on credible witness testimony and visual materials shown in secure settings.
Why “Interdimensional” — Not Just “Extraterrestrial”?
The shift in terminology from classic “little green men” or distant extraterrestrials to interdimensional beings reflects growing discussion in congressional circles and among whistleblowers that these phenomena may not originate from other planets in our conventional understanding of space travel.
Instead, they appear capable of navigating or emerging from realms beyond our three-dimensional space-time framework — a concept that challenges materialist science and raises profound questions about reality itself.
Luna has noted that this perspective is “not something that I came up with on my own” but derives directly from the evidence and information presented to lawmakers. Some connect these ideas to historical and ancient accounts of non-human entities, though Luna has focused primarily on modern military encounters, sensor data, and recovered materials of apparent non-human origin.
Rep. Luna’s message is clear: The evidence of non-human intelligence — whether labeled interdimensional, non-human, or something beyond current explanation — exists. The American people deserve to evaluate it directly rather than through filtered government narratives.
