The Magic Kingdom’s carefully constructed facade of innocence is crumbling this week after 13 Walt Disney World employees were arrested in a massive seven-day undercover operation targeting child predators and human traffickers .
The operation, dubbed “Polk Around & Find Out II,” netted 281 total arrests, but the revelation that over a dozen people employed by the “Happiest Place on Earth” were allegedly using their positions to prey on children has sent shockwaves through the Sunshine State.

The Sickening Details the Mainstream Media Is Whispering About
Sheriff Judd, never one to mince words, laid out the grotesque reality of what his detectives uncovered. Among the 17 theme park employees arrested (13 from Disney, 4 from Universal), the details are the stuff of nightmares.

Perhaps the most disturbing case involves Collin Klaco, a 24-year-old former Disney employee who worked as a Mickey Mouse character performer.
According to the sheriff’s office, Klaco drove to an undercover location after communicating online with a detective posing as the guardian of a 13-year-old boy.
When detectives took him down, they found him equipped with two backpacks full of diapers — some of them Disney-branded.
“He wanted to wear diapers. He wanted to put diapers on the children, and he wanted to do all kinds of nasty stuff,” Judd stated at the press conference, adding that Klaco even spoke in the high-pitched “squeaky voice” of the famous mouse.
But Klaco is just the tip of the iceberg.
Another Disney employee, Adam Snyder, 24, was arrested after showing up to meet a child. Investigators found part of his Disney uniform and his company ID in his vehicle . He reportedly worked in Toy Story Land — a section of the park specifically designed for young children.
Randy Brunet, 26, who worked at various Disney resorts including the Swan and Dolphin, allegedly discussed trading in child pornography and having sex with a 13-year-old boy. Detectives found child sexual abuse material on his phone upon his arrest.
Disney’s Response: Fire Them and Stay Silent
When confronted with the rot inside their own workforce, Disney’s response was swift and corporate-cold. Sheriff Judd confirmed that Disney cooperated with law enforcement and immediately fired all 13 employees arrested.
But here’s what the corporate press won’t ask: How did this happen? How did a company that markets itself as the ultimate family destination fail to vet its own employees to the point where over a dozen were caught in a child predator sting?
The arrests come just months after the first “Polk Around & Find Out” operation earlier this year, which already snagged two Disney employees. This isn’t an anomaly. It’s a pattern.
The Cover-Up of the Century?
Critics of Disney have long pointed to the company’s radical shift in recent years, from its war with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over parental rights legislation to its increasingly sexualized content aimed at children. Now, the arrest of 13 employees in a single sting is raising uncomfortable questions about the culture festering inside the Mouse House.
While Disney executives hide behind PR statements and diversity seminars, real children were almost victimized by the very people entrusted to entertain them. Sheriff Judd noted that one Disney employee showed up to meet a 13-year-old boy with his work uniform still in the car . He was ready to commit unspeakable acts and then go punch in for his shift.
The Full Scope of the Horror
The Polk County operation was the largest in the sheriff’s history . Beyond the Disney arrests, authorities nabbed a youth football coach who coached kids aged 11 to 14, an active-duty Navy sailor, and even an Orange County school resource deputy.
In total, the 281 suspects face 488 new charges, including 198 felonies . Thirty-two of those arrested were in the country illegally, and 24 brought firearms to their meetings with undercover detectives.
Eleven victims of human trafficking were also identified and offered services.
What Parents Need to Know
Sheriff Judd’s message to parents was blunt: monitor your children’s online activity . These predators are out there, and they are not just faceless strangers in dark alleys. They are coaches. They are deputies. And, according to this week’s staggering revelations, they are the people you pay to take your kids to meet Mickey Mouse.
Disney has not announced any policy changes, security overhauls, or internal investigations beyond the firings. They are hoping this story fades away.
We won’t let it.
