CDC: PCR Tests Can Stay Positive for Up to 12 Weeks

CDC boss Rochelle Walensky revealed Wednesday that the agency no longer requires people to test at the end of self-isolation because PCR tests can stay positive for up to 12 weeks.

Noting that these tests can stay positive for up to 12 weeks after infection, Walensky warned “we would have people in isolation for a very long time if we were relying on PCRs.”

Summit.news reports: In a separate interview, Walensky also admitted Wednesday that the agency’s latest guidance on COVID was based on what the government perceived people would accept.

“It really had a lot to do with what we thought people would be able to tolerate,” Walensky starkly admitted.

Correction: We have updated our headline to more accurately reflect the comments made by Rochelle Walensky in her interview with GMA. The original headline ‘CDC Boss Admits PCR Tests Aren’t Reliable’ has been changed to ‘CDC: PCR Tests Can Stay Positive for Up to 12 Weeks’ as the CDC did not make this admission.

      • I have always knew that. I was acting like a drama queen. I used to be a Field Engineer in 2002 on a product called “Bioseeq”. It was a portable PCR test. it was made for the antrax mail attacks. I was assigned to the product. it didn’t last long. it was alarming on anthrax off of bugars. A real POS. The inventor suddenly died less than a year before the “Planned Demic”. he was a rebel, and I think he was killed because he would have come out and told people the PCR test was being misused. He was on video before he died of course, trashing Fraudchi about what he did with the HIV virus. I am sure the Fraudchi crew silenced this guy so he would not expose the scam.

        • Thank you for reporting your own personal experience with it. Agreed about Kerry Mullis. He was a brilliant scientist and so sad about him probably being killed. Lots of scientists have died mysteriously in the last 15 yrs or so. Married to a longtime virologist here with over 50 yrs research under his belt.

          • In training for the product, the instructors were tight fingered with information and they also contridicted information. To be honest, I never really totally understood how it was supposed to work. The bad instruction was on purpose, because the FSEs would have figured out early on that it was garbage, but they wanted to get that research grant check before it was out that the tech was misused.
The instructors seemed to not be able to answer my questions.

  1. Lots of flu and othr causes of death (including heart attacks, car accidents, cancer, etc.) were ALL miscounted as covid.

  2. They’ve always lied deceived tricked conned and manipulated the public about everything. They’re the most evil profession on earth Sadists and vicious psychopaths and sociopaths mostly.

  3. Two things.
First: After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives

More importantly: The shielding approach aims to reduce the number of severe COVID-19 cases by limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease (“high-risk”) and the general population (“low-risk”). High-risk individuals would be temporarily relocated to safe or “green zones” established at the household, neighborhood, camp/sector or community level depending on the context and setting.1,2 They would have minimal contact with family members and other low-risk residents.

Both are from the CDC. I wished this site would change their policy on links.

    • If PCR tests aren’t giving accurate results for covid then there doesn’t seem to be a pandemic does it? CDC said it gave too many false positives. If there is no pandemic, then there is no reason to isolate/quarantine anyone, is there? See my post above, PCR is NOT a test and never was meant to test anything. That comes from its creator, Nobel prize winning scientist Kerry Mullis. Look it up.

      • It appears to me that they had to have a pretext to convince the public of the looming doom. The PCR test fit the bill.

  4. So CDC has been using an unreliable test to quarantine people, while many businesses were shut down and destroyed? Looks like CDC will be facing a TON of lawsuits from business owners who were successful but now are bankrupted. This is irresponsible and just plain evil on the part of CDC. They never should have used PCR to test anything – the creator of PCR is on video saying that it doesn’t test for a damn thing, it isn’t a test. It is a process which amplifies material so it can be looked at more closely. Police departments can use it to get a better look at DNA samples but it tests for NOTHING. Creator of it was Kerry Mullis, who strangely died only a few months before covid was announced. He died at age 61 of pneumonia. He received Nobel prize in about 1993 for creating PCR test and was a brilliant scientist. I’ve seen the video of him saying it is NOT a test.
