In the drawing, the suspect’s eyes appear as both unnaturally large and more than a little eerie.
Though the depiction questions physical possibility, witnesses swear it is accurate, eyes and all.
The individual is being sought for a number of incidents in which he approached women near their homes and watched some through their windows.
According to Citrus Heights Police Department, the man has also been accused of one incident of sexual assault.
