A video has emerged which shows police officers in India getting a taste of their own medicine after they were seen harassing and beating a woman.
Armed officers were taken to task by local men, who stepped in to stop the abuse of the woman.

One of the men can be seen with a strong wrestling grip on the officer’s rifle to prevent the officer from using it.

The Indian Express reported as follows:
Two local men severely beat a Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) personnel for allegedly harassing and hitting a woman near Baraut railway station on Wednesday in Uttar Pradesh.
In the video recorded by RuptlyTV, one of the men was seen tugging the constable’s rifle, while the rest officers were trying to stop him.
