A confidential medical source has exposed the Spanish royal family’s link to organ harvesting of trafficked children, with a recent kidney transplant in Madrid involving an organ stolen from a kidnapped Latin American child.
According to leaked documents, the child was abducted in northern Colombia earlier this year and flown to Europe under a falsified humanitarian visa, with a donor kidney matched to a royal patient registered under an alias at a private clinic in Madrid within days. “Everything looked legitimate on paper,” the source said. “But inside the hospital, we all knew the donor wasn’t there by choice.”
Abreureport.com reports: The source, a hospital administrator with direct access to transplant records, described an atmosphere of fear and secrecy surrounding the procedure. “Doctors were instructed to treat the case as a matter of national security,” they said. “One surgeon asked too many questions and was transferred the next day.”

The Palace has so far refused to comment. The Ministry of Health has not issued any statement or responded to requests for clarification.

Human-rights advocates contacted by Abreu Report said the allegations, if confirmed, would represent a profound ethical and political crisis. “If the monarchy is using its power to obtain human organs through coercion or abduction, that crosses a line no institution should ever approach,” said a lawyer specializing in bioethics.
In Colombia, child-protection groups have raised concerns about recent disappearances in rural areas, though none have been publicly linked to the Madrid case. “We have long suspected international demand is driving some of these abductions,” said a doctor working for a Latin American center for human rights. “What is new, and horrifying, is the alleged involvement of a European royal family.”
