At a Turning Point USA event, Ben Shapiro stood before a crowd of young Christians and delivered a chilling ultimatum: follow the Noahide Laws, or face execution by a “Jewish court.” Even worse, according to Shapiro: you will have no share in the world to come.
The clip, posted by Chris Menahan under the caption “Ben Shapiro urges TPUSA crowd to abide by the Noahide Laws,” has racked up over 4 million views and ignited a firestorm that exposes the fault lines between the conservative establishment and its own base.
“If you’re not Jewish, all you have to do is fulfill seven basic rules, they’re called the Noahide Laws,” Shapiro told the crowd.

But what Shapiro framed as a benign moral code is anything but. The Noahide Laws, drawn from the Talmud (Sanhedrin 56a), include prohibitions on idolatry, blasphemy, and sexual immorality—and according to rabbinic tradition, violations carry the death penalty.

One X user spelled it out plainly:
“It means be a slave and worship jews and their rules or be executed. (being a Christian is punishable by death in noahhide laws)”.
The Firestorm
Grace Chong of Bannon’s WarRoom didn’t mince words: “Why is Ben Shapiro lecturing a TPUSA crowd about the Noahide Laws? Christians follow Christ. We don’t need Ben Shapiro telling us which Jewish religious laws we’re supposed to follow”.
Mark Mitchell, head pollster at Rasmussen Reports, took a darker swipe: “Ben teaches a (likely largely Christian) TPUSA audience about the Noahide laws. But why did he leave out the one about idolatry? Awkward”.
Comedian Tommy Borum warned: “You’ll be hearing a lot more about NOAHIDE LAW in the future as they attempt total domination”.
Streamer Sneako was even more direct: “Jews have turned America into their own little colony and Christians have done absolutely nothing except turn both cheeks wide open… while Noahide laws replace the constitution”.
One account called Virginia Buckskin wrote: “Did not I warn you these jews would push Noahide laws?! Them and their Muslim bioweapons must go”.
The “Or Else” Is Real
According to the Talmud, the Noahide Laws are not merely suggestions. Maimonides codified that non-Jews who violate these laws are subject to capital punishment by a Jewish court . The prohibition on idolatry—which, depending on interpretation, could encompass Christian worship of Jesus—is listed among the seven.
A Christian podcast warned listeners this week that when the Noahide Laws are enacted, “it will make teaching salvation in Jesus Christ a crime punishable by execution” .
This isn’t hypothetical to the people watching Shapiro. It’s a blueprint.
“He Hates Christ”
Carrie Prejean Boller, a conservative activist, reshared the clip and questioned why Erika Kirk allowed Shapiro to speak at TPUSA’s upcoming AmFest: “Charlie said he wanted to be remembered for courage for his faith. Why is @MrsErikaKirk allowing one of Charlie’s enemies—who hates Christ, up on stage trying to convince people to become Jewish?”
