The age of consent should be lowered to 11 years of age because it is “normal” for men to be attracted to barely pubescent children, according to the American Psychiatric Association.
The “Classifying Sex: Debating DSM-5” conference featured speakers who condoned pedophilia as “natural and normal for males.”
A proposal was discussed to essentially normalize hebephilia, the sexual preference for children in early puberty, typically 11 to 14-year-olds. The argument was made that since children are reaching puberty earlier than ever before, the age of consent should be lowered and sex with 11 to 14-year-old children should be considered normal.

The conference took matters one step further by claiming that “at least a sizable minority of normal males would like to have sex with children, and normal males are aroused by children.”

The proposal to include hebephilia as a disorder in the new edition of the American Psychiatric Association manual was defeated. This means pedophiles have been welcomed into the fold, accepted as “normal” by the AMA, and pro-pedophilia activists are celebrating.
Tom O’Carroll, who is a multiple child sex offender, campaigner for the legalization of sex with children and former head of the Pedophile Information Exchange (PIE), wrote on his blog about the “wonderful” conference.
But perhaps the most controversial presentation of all was by Philip Tromovitch, a professor at Doshisha University in Japan, who stated in a presentation on the “prevalence of paedophilia” that the “majority of men are probably paedophiles and hebephiles” and that “paedophilic interest is normal and natural in human males”.
O’Carroll, the former PIE leader revealed on his blog that he joined Prof. Tromovitch and a colleague for drinks after the conference. “The conversation flowed most agreeably, along with the drinks and the beautiful River Cam,” he said.
Ray Blanchard, professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto, has admitted that the APA’s decision is “tantamount” to stating that the sexual preference for children is “normal.”
The global elite have been pushing for the normalisation of pedophilia for decades, and recent disclosures have lent this narrative an undeniable gravity.
