California Governor Jerry Brown has approved new measures Tuesday that will allow the addition of human excrement in drinking water.
The new rules will allow sewage waste to be “recycled” through the state’s reservoirs, and will go into effect by 2023.
Foxnews.com reports: “This is a type of indirect potable use — it’s not treated recycle water that goes directly to someone’s house,” said Miryam Barajas at the Water Board. “It’s highly treated.”

She says the new regulations could potentially affect all 36 of California’s reservoirs that serve as the main source of the state’s municipal drinking water.
The regulations are the result of a two-year public review process in which an expert panel decided that the regulations were necessary for public health and to supplement existing drinking water supplies with recycled water.
San Diego is at the forefront of a sewer-to-reservoir operation that the rest of the state will likely follow.
The board is working to implement “direct potable reuse” – a process by which treated recycled water is added directly into a drinking water system.

What this means is that they will be adding tons of chlorine to the water, which will give us all stomach aches. My husband is a microbiologist and years ago worked in sewage treatment. He says that is how they sterilize bad bacteria out of water, they kill ALL the bacteria, harmful and beneficial. in 1999, I went to Paris and drank water from a drinking fountain that was public. They were very proud of having eradicated all the rats in Paris and they did it by adding chlorine in water, you could taste it I had horrible stomachaches for days after. That is what we’re going to have here. Thanks Mr. Brown, you’re living up to your name (pun intended.)
