The Democratic presidential frontrunner had previously said the server had been wiped clean and that she had turned over all work-related emails to the State Department.
The FBI is looking into the security of the email arrangement.
Spokesman Nick Merrill said Clinton has “pledged to cooperate with the government’s security inquiry, and if there are more questions, we will continue to address them.”
