Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has released a video entitled, “Who Was Behind the Paris Attacks”.
In the video he blamed the US and Israel for the creation of ISIS in order to further their own interests.
The Iranian leader and also accuses the US and Israel of perpetrating the Paris attacks.

The video also points out how American politicians had previously admitted to the US government’s support of Al Qaeda years after the 9/11 attacks as well.
