
A mystery man gave free money to members of the public in a Londonderry shopping centre on Tuesday.
Ten and twenty pound notes rained down on shoppers at Foyleside Shopping Centre, according to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI).
Derry Journal reports:
It is understood the man threw a mixture of £10 and £20 notes from the first floor on to shoppers below.

Some reports said the man gave one local family £500 and proceeded to hand £20 notes to shoppers as he walked through the centre.
All of the money examined by the PSNI was found to be genuine.
The identity of the man remains a mystery.
The police have stated that no crime was committed.
