A man wearing a Scottish kilt was reportedly arrested by police in Moscow.
The man was arrested near the Tsoi Wall at the junction of Arbat Street and Krivoarbatsky Lane.
A bystander in a crowd celebrating St Patrick’s Day weekend, told Russian reporters that the man was arrested for “wearing a skirt in public”.

The man was taken to the Arbat district Department of Internal Affairs.
There were a number of festive events in Moscow over the weekend, including a costume parade in Sokolniki Park.
The Tsoi Wall is a graffiti-covered wall dedicated to late musician Viktor Tsoi and his band Kino.
Tsoi died in a car accident in August 1990, aged 28.
Last year, a video emerged from Ukraine, showing a bagpiper playing ‘Bonnie Galloway’ while riots raged around him.
