Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is demanding state-level criminal charges against Dr. Anthony Fauci after the former top infectious disease official spent Wednesday’s Senate hearing invoking the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times—refusing to answer a single question about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Wednesday, Fauci appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee chaired by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), where he refused to answer any of the questions asked of him, repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment right not to speak.
“Dr. ‘Mengele’ Fauci may be protected by a federal pardon but that does not hold against state prosecution and civil lawsuits,” Rep. Luna wrote on X, referencing Nazi SS officer Josef Mengele and a preemptive pardon granted to Fauci by Joe Biden.

“I am calling on the great Attorneys General and Governors of FL, TX, WV, and AR to bring charges against Fauci for crimes against children in exposing them to a vaccine that has now been PROVEN to hurt people,” Luna urged. “He is and will go down in history as one of the darkest souls who has ever been in federal government.”

Florida’s attorney general, James Uthmeier, appeared to have received Rep. Luna’s message, on Wednesday announcing his office was launching an investigation into Dr. Fauci.
The former Covid czar is largely seen as the architect of America’s Covid response, helping usher in lockdowns and face masks, and instituting mandatory Covid vaccine policies that injured, maimed and killed many Americans including youngsters, while at the same time covering up the NIH’s funding of gain-of-function research and the virus’s potential lab leak origins.
Fauci’s “diary” released last week by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) also featured entries discussing how Fauci had enlisted the help of ex-President Barack Obama to help with PR issues after Donald Trump Jr. and others began publicizing his horrific research that tortured and killed beagle puppiesin the name of science.
