According to the Associated Press, two of the fired prosecutors were supervisory attorneys overseeing Jan. 6 prosecutions, while the third was a line attorney also involved in the cases. The firings underscore growing scrutiny of the DOJ’s tactics, raising questions about the integrity of legal actions taken against those involved in the Capitol events.
Infowars.com reports: The attorneys received dismissal letters from Attorney General Pam Bondi. The letters, which were seen by AP, did not provide detailed reasons, but simply cited “Article II of the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States.”

The dismissals follow the demotion of several Jan 6th prosecutors by interim DC US Attorney Ed Martin. The demotions included prosecutors who went after Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs and Stewart Rhodes.
