HIV – The African Lab Leak They Buried
Forget the chimpanzee bush-meat fairy tale. Makary openly endorsed the thesis of the new documentary Thank You, Dr. Fauci: HIV was cooked up in Cold War-era gain-of-function labs on the African continent, then “escaped.” He didn’t hedge. He didn’t say “some people think.” He said it “may very well” be true and the evidence has been deliberately ignored.
Lyme – Plum Island’s Tick Bomb
Makary went even harder on Lyme: “Read the book Bitten. After Nuremberg, we didn’t hang all the Nazi scientists. We brought Erich Traub – Hitler’s top tick-warfare expert – to Plum Island. He openly bragged that weaponizing ticks was the future of biowarfare. Guess what came out of that lab right before the 1975 Lyme, Connecticut outbreak?”
He finished with a line that should be carved into the marble of every NIH building: “Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should… sometimes we cause more harm than good by messing with Mother Nature.”
