An historic lawsuit has been filed in Canada in an effort to expose and halt the practise of chemtrails being sprayed into the atmosphere.
The suit claims that the Canadian and US governments are conducting a geoengineering program that aims to spray toxic substances and particles into the atmosphere – endangering the lives of millions of citizens.

For over a year GeoengineeringWatch.org has been communicating with and forwarding data to Canadian attorneys (in addition to the US team of attorneys we are working with) in the effort to get legal action in motion.
This effort has now reached fruition, Geoengineering Watch wishes to express our most sincere gratitude to the attorneys in Canada (and the US attorneys) for their diligent and ongoing work in this most critical battle. Excerpts from the Canadian legal filing are below.
CLAIM
Nature of the Proceeding:
1. This is a mass-tort and environmental Proposed Class Proceeding in respect of the spraying into the atmosphere of toxic substances and particulates by the Defendant that is dangerous to human health, destructive to the environment, and has caused meaningful economic damages.
A Declaration that the aerial discharge of coal fly ash and/or other contaminants contravenes the Canadian Environmental Protection Act and appurtenant Regulations;
A Declaration that the aerial discharge of coal fly ash and/or other contaminants contravenes the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms;
c. An interlocutory and a final mandatory order directing that the Defendant comply with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act and appurtenant Regulations;
An interlocutory and a final mandatory order directing that the Defendant comply with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms;
An interlocutory and a final mandatory Order that the Defendant immediately cease and desist the ongoing aerial discharge of coal fly ash and/or other contaminants or substances;
Facts:
On various dates, the Plaintiff observed that certain aircraft discharged trails comprising of white particulate like matter (“Aerial Discharge”), and which Aerial Discharge would persist and often span across the horizon and across the length of the sky.
The Aerial Discharges slowly dissipated, formed a thin, hazy film across the sky, and would obfuscate the sun’s rays.
The Aerial Discharges dissipate across ranges of altitudes, including lower altitudes. Thus, the Aerial Discharges dissipate in the lower altitudes which include the air that the Plaintiff, his family and the potential members of the Class breath.
The Plaintiff pleads that the Aerial Discharges are comprised of minute particles that are toxic and/or are easily absorbed into the body and the environment, and are thus dangerous when absorbed into the body or the environment.
The Plaintiff pleads that the Defendant, and/or her agent’s or instrumentalities perform the Aerial Discharges over Canadian air space.
The Plaintiff further pleads that the Defendant knows or ought to know that the Aerial Discharges are dangerous.
Negligence
11. The Plaintiff relies on his pleadings above.
12. The Plaintiff pleads that the Defendant has a duty to not perform actions that are dangerous to the Plaintiff and proposed Members of the Class. The Plaintiff reiterates his pleadings that the Defendant engaged in the performance of the Aerial Discharges, the Aerial Discharges are dangerous, and that the Defendant knew or ought to have known that the Aerial Discharges are dangerous.
The Defendant has breached her duties to the Plaintiff and the proposed Class by engaging in the performance of the Aerial Discharges.
The Plaintiff further pleads that the Defendant’s actions have caused meaningful damages to the Plaintiff and the proposed Class Members. The damages include, inter alia, serious injury and, in some cases, death;
emotional and psychological trauma; non-pecuniary damages; pecuniary damages; and loss of income.
Nuisance and Trespass
The Plaintiff relies on his pleadings above.
The Plaintiff reiterates his pleadings that the Aerial Discharges are performed by the Defendant in Canadian air space.
The Plaintiff also reiterates his pleadings that the Aerial Discharges dissipate into the lower atmosphere.
As a result, the Plaintiff pleads that the Aerial Discharges permeate and saturate the air breathed-in by the Plaintiff and potential Class Members, and thus, cause serious health problems and injuries.
Further, the Plaintiff pleads that the Aerial Discharges also infect, saturate and damage the environment, public property and private property.
Additionally, the Plaintiff pleads that the Aerial Discharges interfere and impede with the quiet use and enjoyment of the property of the Plaintiff and the potential Class Members.
The Plaintiff pleads that as a result of the foregoing, the Plaintiff and potential Class Members are entitled to the relief sought in paragraph 4 herein.
The Plaintiff proposes that this action be tried in the City of Toronto.
The efforts toward legal action in the US are also pressing forward as rapidly as possible, we hope to have initiation of the US filing underway in the next few weeks.
Support for the non profit “Stop Geoengineering Legal Defense Fund” is critical in order to keep the legal efforts moving forward. Our legal efforts are not affiliated with any other groups, organizations, or websites.
Though the forward momentum of the legal efforts are extremely important and valuable to the cause of exposing and halting climate engineering, it is imperative for activists in the field to understand and remember that the front line grassroots awareness raising efforts are still critically important, now more than ever. Exposure of the legal effort needs to be circulated as widely as possible.
This will assist with alerting activists and the public to the ongoing court proceedings which will hopefully help with producing mass public attendance at such proceedings. Reaching a critical mass of awareness on the geoengineering issue is the great imperative of our time, all are needed in this effort.
Waking the still sleeping masses to the ongoing atmospheric aerosol assault MUST BE our TOP PRIORITY, please, help us in this all important battle to sound the alarm.

Since you seem to believe you have all the answers, answer this question: why would the government (or whoever) want to spray chemicals from 30,000 feet to commit genocide?
First, spraying chemicals from high altitude for that purpose would be extremely inefficient and expensive; if you want to commit genocide, there are far more efficient ways to do it.
Second, genocide would be counter productive, because if the ruling elite would wipe out the population, they wouldn’t have people left to rule over and work for them.

Abstract
The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14 elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body moisture in situ after inhalation or through transdermal induction.

There’s not one perfect set of conditions required for formation of contrails. If you’d bother to look up, you’d notice that some contrails disappear almost instantly, others last for days and spread out, and everything in between. You really should have paid intention in science class.

Whether they are chemtrails or contrails may not really matter. That is the tactic to keep the infighting alive. The real fact is our sky is being robbed from us almost daily here in southern Oregon. It starts out some what blue and then hundreds of these chem/contrails turn the entire sky gray or a sick looking grey blue. I forget what it’s like to see real dark blue skies like it was years ago. How is it that commercial or even military aircraft are allowed to take that away from us. It’s a depressing color. So chemtrail or contrail doesn’t matter. The reality is what we see on almost a daily basis. This crap is over us all day and it is ugly. What I can’t understand is why you can’t at least see this point of view.

Why ais it the so called contrails aka chemtrails (High altitude aerosal dispersol program) that spread out and cause a haze for days are coming from planes not following flight paths? Where are these planes going? And why do the planes following the flight path have contrails that disapate not far behind the plane?
Sounds like you did, contrails cannot last for 20 hours and spread out over miles of area sideways, they dissipate much more rapidly than chemtrails do, if you knew how contrails worked, you’d understand that the disturbance created is temperature and liquid/vapor based, when a contrail dissipates it’s temperature goes back to the norm as surrounding air brings it’s temperature back to that of the surrounding air fairly quickly, at which point it is no longer visible, as it is no different than the air around it at that point.
You need to look at a chemtrail and watch it throughout the day, it will last the entire day, it will widen by a massive amount as it spreads while slowly descending, please mister science, explain to me how some condensation expands massively and overpowers the temperature of surrounding air? Seeing as that is the only possible way they could last that long if they were condensation, tell me how condensation isn’t affected by the air around it, and tell me how it expands massively?
It is not about high school chemistry. It is about opening your eyes and seeing that at some days flight patterns aren’t even near what they are almost all other days in the year. Not only are the routes very different, on these days I can sometimes see 3 or 4 planes in the sky at the same time. Never happens on the days that flight patterns are normal. Then, these days start out nice and sunny, then the many chemtrails form a pattern and then slowly come down, making ever wider stripes in the air, and by the afternoon it is all cloudy.

Since you seem to believe you have all the answers, answer this question: why would the government (or whoever) want to spray chemicals from 30,000 feet to commit genocide?
First, spraying chemicals from high altitude for that purpose would be extremely inefficient and expensive; if you want to commit genocide, there are far more efficient ways to do it.
Second, genocide would be counter productive, because if the ruling elite would wipe out the population, they wouldn’t have people left to rule over and work for them.

Abstract
The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14 elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body moisture in situ after inhalation or through transdermal induction.

Whether they are chemtrails or contrails may not really matter. That is the tactic to keep the infighting alive. The real fact is our sky is being robbed from us almost daily here in southern Oregon. It starts out some what blue and then hundreds of these chem/contrails turn the entire sky gray or a sick looking grey blue. I forget what it’s like to see real dark blue skies like it was years ago. How is it that commercial or even military aircraft are allowed to take that away from us. It’s a depressing color. So chemtrail or contrail doesn’t matter. The reality is what we see on almost a daily basis. This crap is over us all day and it is ugly. What I can’t understand is why you can’t at least see this point of view.
I don’t know how you can create persistent contrails in the the upper atmosphere when the factors involved must be ideal for that to happen and what are the odds? Perfect temperature, perfect relative humidity, perfect wind,air currents and pressure. Those planes fly all over the grid their trails provide but all without missing out on the perfect set of circumstances and without causing those passengers from barfing throughout the rigorous ups and downs and criss cross manoeuvres .
If it is evidence you want, all you need to do is visit one of the many web sites and there is more than enough forensic evidence for reasonable doubt. Anyone who has any intelligence knows why the spraying is happening. Solar Radiation Management, Weather Modification, Cooling to slow down the melt of the ice cap or are you not familiar with those facts either. I agree that wiping out of the general populations would leave the elite doing their own dirty work and they would soon tire of it. Sounds like you did, contrails cannot last for 20 hours and spread out over miles of area sideways, they dissipate much more rapidly than chemtrails do, if you knew how contrails worked, you’d understand that the disturbance created is temperature and liquid/vapor based, when a contrail dissipates it’s temperature goes back to the norm as surrounding air brings it’s temperature back to that of the surrounding air fairly quickly, at which point it is no longer visible, as it is no different than the air around it at that point.
You need to look at a chemtrail and watch it throughout the day, it will last the entire day, it will widen by a massive amount as it spreads while slowly descending, please mister science, explain to me how some condensation expands massively and overpowers the temperature of surrounding air? Seeing as that is the only possible way they could last that long if they were condensation, tell me how condensation isn’t affected by the air around it, and tell me how it expands massively?

It is not about high school chemistry. It is about opening your eyes and seeing that at some days flight patterns aren’t even near what they are almost all other days in the year. Not only are the routes very different, on these days I can sometimes see 3 or 4 planes in the sky at the same time. Never happens on the days that flight patterns are normal. Then, these days start out nice and sunny, then the many chemtrails form a pattern and then slowly come down, making ever wider stripes in the air, and by the afternoon it is all cloudy.

All you need to do to see it is to stop THINKING about it and just. LOOK. For many people that are so stuck in their minds and beliefs this is difficult. And, let me admit, I have doubted it for many months. Could not belief that this (although not that often) is happening also in Holland. It makes no sense, seems insane. But once you OPEN YOUR EYES you cannot deny it anymore. Who knows why, but chemtrails, sadly enough, are a reality.
The best explanations I know are:
1. Trying to reduce the effects of climate change (it does get cloudy and gets colder for a while after the spraying)
2. Geoengineering practice for warfare: if you can change the weather, you have power over your enemy.

A 747-400 Freighter can hold 124 tons of cargo. The cost to fully fuel up a 474 is about $145,000. That’s about $1,000 per ton of cargo.
A large sized dump truck can hold 10 tons of cargo. The cost to fill a 75 gallon tank is about $225. The cost per ton for the truck is $22.50. For the same amount a 747 can hold, that comes to $281.25.
So you’re logic is that “they” would rather spend 40 times the cost of getting rid of toxic waste in the less-than-discreet method of a plane, than simply packing it in a dump truck and finding an abandoned mine?

There’s not one perfect set of conditions required for formation of contrails. If you’d bother to look up, you’d notice that some contrails disappear almost instantly, others last for days and spread out, and everything in between. You really should have paid intention in science class.

Scientifically speaking, they sprayed chemtrails over my home one day, no doubt they were retailiating for me posting some facts about flouride I’d say. Abstract
The
widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement
in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the
scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic
coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate
sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and
climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold
consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison
of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized
particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal
fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14
elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency
particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in
un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage
of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate
are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have
identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the
assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average
un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The
consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a
variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and
neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body
moisture in situ after inhalation or through transdermal induction.

Observation #2 is a quote from that page: ‘A second series of lab tests has now confirmed high levels of barium and aluminum in snow Dickie thinks fell through chemtrails. One can see plainly something odd happening. Why is it that some days the sky is clear then gets criss crossed with white which then turrns to a haze covering the whole sky. Then the next day, same weather, temperature and other conditions and….nothing. The jets are still flying, why is there no haze?
Those planes fly at an altitude of around 30,000 feet. Whether contrails form and remain visible depends on the atmospheric conditions up there, not on the atmospheric conditions on ground level.

1: You may want to do some research on contrails. How visible they are and how long they last depend on atmospheric conditions. Depending on those, they may disappear almost instantly or last for days and gradually spread out, and everything in between.
2. When I was a kid, there were already contrails. There were just fewer of them because air traffic has increased significantly since those days. More jet aircraft up there –> more contrails.

Abstract
The
widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement
in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the
scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic
coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate
sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and
climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold
consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison
of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized
particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal
fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14
elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency
particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in
un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage
of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate
are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have
identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the
assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average
un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The
consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a
variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and
neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body

Observation #2 is a quote from that page: ‘A second series of lab tests has now confirmed high levels of barium and aluminum in snow Dickie thinks fell through chemtrails. So far, he says, there is no other explanation for the high-levels of each chemical compound in city soils.’ In other words, the guy admits he doesn’t KNOW the cause, he only has a theory.

Those planes fly at an altitude of around 30,000 feet. Whether contrails form and remain visible depends on the atmospheric conditions up there, not on the atmospheric conditions on ground level.

Interesting. Jet engines used to make contrails, but they suddenly stopped because a conspiracy website says jet engines can’t make contrails. How sloppy of all those engineers to forget to tell those engines they can’t make contrails.
BTW, contrails are formed at altitudes between roughly 25,000 and 30,000 feet. At 63,000 feet, there’s not nearly enough oxygen left for the engines to function. Commercial jet aircraft can’t even reach that altitude, some military aircraft can reach 50k if they really try, but that’s about it. You may want to start getting your information from reliable sources, rather than from science-denying conspiracy websites.

I’ve seen the photos of tanks in planes. Either they show one large tank or a number of smaller ones. I’ve also seen the evidence proving the conspiracy nutters wrong. Those planes with just one large tank turned out to be planes used to fight forest fires. The ones with numerous smaller tanks are test planes, the tanks are there to add weight, because it’s a bit too dangerous to test new planes with a full load of actually living passengers on board.
I’ve also seen those testimonies given by ‘people of position,’ and I’ve noticed they’re all very good at two things: they’re very good at making claims, and they’re very good at failing to back those claims with solid evidence. That doesn’t make them experts, that makes them attention whores.

Again Jeroen, Please look up and ask yourself what is it that I see? Chemtrail or contrail. Both appear to be taking away the natural beauty of clear blue skies. If they are contrails so be it. But they are still taking away from people, by the millions, the right to have blue skies which are natural to the earth and give us a sense of happiness. The dark blue skies are becoming a thing of the past here in southern Oregon. It always ends up being ugly sick gray. Do you feel it is right for something of that magnitude to be taken away from people? I watch this happen almost daily now no matter what time of year. I saddens me that this is the new normal. It also saddens me that humans do this to each other and then fight about the right to do it for profit or maybe even worse. Please think about others. Lawsuit looks quite premature – no actual evidence of claims is given in the link. Is there specific evidence in background documents? None were mentioned in submissions. I doubt that general statements about fly ash being a useful geoengineering tool would constitute admissible evidence that such has actually occurred over some specific location in Canada on specific date(s), notwithstanding possible observations of unusual flight patterns.
The problem with going ahead is that the court will use this as strong reason to disallow future attempts, especially by threatening to award costs to the defendants. You won’t believe how much bureaucracies can spend in legal fees very very quickly. To avoid such a chilling effect, I strongly suggest dropping the case until such time as verifiable evidence is amassed.
I base my comments on a defeat suffered by a fluoridation activist in Hamilton a few years ago and comments made by a very annoyed judge.

Well, well, well . . . the arguments are still a-raging . . . ‘in an age of lies, the truth appears radical’, I think we all know that one and really there is only one answer and that is to walk around the rocks. Rock climbing may be fun for some but for most of us it’s a pain in the posterior, so . . . as Buddha would have said – be like water, and find your way around the rocks – for water has always been stronger. Mr.Jeroen van Baardwijk appears to be one of those ‘rocks’ so treat him with some kindness and a certain respect because people are allowed to disagree with each other. Mud-slinging on the other hand may be all you want to do here, but it’s just, a bit silly and a bit too infantile for the early 21st century, don’t you think?
Don’t worry about judges, or other so-called ‘officials’. They’re just a little stupid and slow on the uptake.(see my definition of ‘stupid’ below). One could feel sorry for them. Be mindful who you talk to and persuade gently or at least introduce people to the ideas of things. Don’t hit them over the head. It’s not very inspiring. Be inspiring and get them to do ‘the work’; that is, tickle their curiosity and provide minimal info so that they may begin to look. Remember, nobody is ‘bad’ . . . just misguided (or: stupid, in the sense of being ignorant to certain accessible facts), and uptight (afraid to explore because it may change their lives for something less certain). Lastly,… there are ‘The Socio-Psychopaths’, and they definitely deserve more of our attention, but without kindness, you cannot achieve the change or understanding you want them to become aware of. Frankly, none of them have the power you are all giving to them. As for Mr Jones: well he’s one of a kind, speaking the truth as he sees it, but we would do well not to imitate his style because only Alex can present things in this way. The rest of us just come across lame. Find your own way to change the minds of those you consider ignorant, foolish, misguided. Write very long blogs . . . spread the word. Aim for the positive presentation of what you know and do not counter or engage in vitriol, online or anywhere else. Speak openly, frankly and honestly to all who would listen and don’t worry about those who wish to denigrate your opinion or otherwise attempt to put you down. Don’t play the put-down game because the subject gets lost and it’s all so pointless. Stick to the facts you come across. As far as Chemtrails go: show them the photos. Show them the unmarked white planes, get the info across, but above all: ignore the rocks because they will hurt your head and only serve as a distraction . . .
I have observed in the UK how they vary the patterns, because they know we know. There used be a lot of grid-like features. Now, I call them ‘Kisses-in-the-sky’, they randomly cross each other, still in a kind of ‘planned way’, and you can see several at once of you look. I’ve also noticed that flying alongside a contrail has become a favourite, just to obfuscate the issue. People don’t look, so they don’t see. Then there is the random ‘switching off and on’ trick, so that from out of a cloud let’s say, a plane emerges very high, always very high up, and then begins the run across the sky. a little while later it will literally switch off the trail. These are observable events if you choose to be very careful in your observations. The distinction between con and chem is being fudged to fool us, I’m quite sure of this. On other occasions they will just revert to full-blown trailing, usually very early on a clear Sunday morning. Always a Sunday. Why? Well it’s obvious isn’t it? No prizes for the right answer.
