Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man caught on surveillance videos attempting to kidnap a 22 month old child.
The footage was caught on CCTV cameras of city hall and a local grocery store. The man is described as about 30 years old, 6-foot-2, thin build with brown hair and mustache.
The toddler named Owen was dumped in a vacant lot as the kidnapper was being pursued by Owen’s small sister Delicia who ran after the man shouting. It’s believed her actions made the kidnapper leave the scene empty handed. The boys father is seen explaining his luck.

Thew Sheriff’s office urges anyone with information to come forward. Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 509-725-3501.
