The following video was recorded on June 12 2015 and shows a UFO or bright light in the sky, moving around in an unusual and inexplicable manner.
The ‘light beam’ seen at the start of the video completely disappears briefly, physically moving a cloud, before returning back to view.

According to an eyewitness in Greenwood, Indiana, “I was out riding my bicycle and a storm was approaching, then this strange light caught my eye so I pulled out my phone and shot this video. I had no idea what it was until I did some research when I got home and found out that it’s called HAARP, a government research program”
