As the music world mourned the loss of Swedish DJ Avicii who died at 28 years old last week, his video ‘For a Better Day’ has gone viral on social media.   

Avicii, born Ted Bergling, was a pioneer of the contemporary EDM scene and a rare DJ capable of selling out arenas around the world.

He won two MTV Music Awards, one Billboard Music Award and earned two Grammy nominations. His biggest hit was “Le7els.”

According to reports, Avicii had been battling acute pancreatitis due to “excessive alcoholism.”

He was then forced to cancel tours as his health issues became more problematic.

Why Avicii’s death doesn’t make sense

There has been no official report on his exact cause of death but Avicii’s death is the latest tragedy to strike the music world following the recent deaths of two other legends, Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington.

Avicci video ‘For a better day’




The explosive directorial debut video “For a Better Day” video is dark.

It seems to tell a story of children being sold as slaves to child traffickers.

The video shows how two children escape by jumping off a cliff into the ocean, before returning as adults to get their revenge on their captors.At the end of the video, it is revealed that the leader is killed and branded.

CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article speculated that Avicii’s death may have been in connection to a “peophile ring” he was about to make public.  To date, there has been no evidence that Avicii had such information, or that his death was anything other than suicide.
