A huge dramatic fire has broken out at the Torch building in Dubai – one of the largest skyscrapers in the world – and is quickly spreading throughout the entire building.
The fire started on the 51st floor and is quickly spreading according to eyewitnesses.
The video below captured by a nearby eyewitness shows the fire getting worse with fierce winds causing it to spread to lower and upper levels of the building. Digy Taylor, head of Operations at GN Broadcasting says the fire has reached the 70th floor.
