The HAARP Report, tracks the activities of the U.S. military’s “High Frequency Auroral Research Program”. In a recent episode they outlined five pieces of compelling evidence from recently captured satellite imagery that points to deliberate weather modification being the cause of California’s drought.
Natural News reports: A HAARP Report video lists the following five pieces of evidence suggesting that California’s drought is a man-made attack on Californians:
1) Low pressure areas out in the Pacific Ocean that would normally move in a counterclockwise direction have been detected moving in an anomalous clockwise direction. The HAARP Report, highlighting exclusive imagery captured on April 10, 2015, shows a “burst” of clockwise, high pressure cloud movement that would never occur naturally, and that clearly suggests weather manipulation activity meant to break up cloud formation and prevent precipitation.

2) After breaking up the areas of low pressure that would have produced rain for California, HAARP’s weather weaponry and associated chemtrails generate areas of very dry air that, under normal circumstances, would be humid. Satellite imagery captured in the days following April 10 show this dry air sitting stagnant rather than rotating, breaking up the potential formation of thunderstorms.
3) As it turns out, HAARP’s weather manipulation machines can only operate when the D layer in the ionosphere has formed, which occurs after the sun has been up for three or four hours and ends in the evening. In the video, The HAARP Report shows how a storm that starts to pop up during this window of time is literally pushed to the right and destroyed. Dry air is pressed down, and once again the center is not moving in a counterclockwise direction as it should.
4) Looking again at a massive area of dry air brought about by HAARP and chemtrails, the report points out how satellite imagery of a ring of rising air and a central column of falling air captured at 10 a.m. in California on April 9 proves that a HAARP downburst sent high pressure descending air into the jet stream, once again preventing rain.
5) As this air descends, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger in the satellite imagery. And as it begins to reform, another HAARP downburst is observed on the north side of the front, with a signature clockwise flow around a high pressure area as it’s sent downward. Put simply, the developing storm was basically broken up by HAARP, where it later reformed around Mexico and sent rain over New Mexico and Texas rather than California.
“Don’t think for a minute that this drought in California is natural. They’re using a variety of techniques to maintain this drought,” warns The HAARP Report.
“The oceans are dying because of increasing ultraviolet-B. The modern HAARP transmitters punch holes in the ozone layer, since they must drive a plasmoid from 30 miles high down to the jet stream… mixing the chemtrails vertically, which breaks down the protective ozone layer.”
“The Pacific is dying because the base of the food chain, phyto-plankton, are being killed by the high UV-B, created by ionospheric heaters. Radiation from Fukushima is killing the Pacific, but not as fast as the lack of plankton, which can’t survive the high UV-B. Fukushima is being used as a ‘cover’ for the excess UV-B caused by HAARP and chemtrails. That would explain the complete lack of action to stop the radiation from leaking into the Pacific.”

Chemtrails lay a screen that reflects/deflects the suns rays from reaching and warming land and sea surfaces. As a consequence in regions where less of the suns warming rays are hitting the surface, being cooler, will not warm air near ground or sea, the air will not expand (the less heated atmospheric nitrogen, oxygen and other gases will jostle each other less, staying closer together, meaning the air is denser that it would have been otherwise, meaning that their is higher pressure than otherwise. By modifying the air pressure at the right location and the right time — moving parcels of air can be diverted from the course they would have otherwise taken. These parcels of air, be they full of water vapor or dry, whether hot or cold, whether the air in the larger parcel is spinning or not spinning — the parcel can be moved to or kept in places where these characteristics may be intensified — before then moving them, again, by adjustment of pressure (when you put low pressure to the right of a parcel of air that parcel of air will move straight ahead etc. The control of weather requires taking into account the rotation of the earth (Coriolis effect), the formation of the land and the present situation and movement of air parcels around the world. The computers to do this are available to both the US and China — China which has tens of thousands of weather modification scientists. The weather monitoring equipment on land, sea, atmosphere and in space provide the total present dispositon of air movements, velocities, rotation, temperatures, moisture content and other factors — the super computers, then make a model — far more complex than the econometric models used to analyse the behavior of derivatives — these computers are able to get ahead of actual conditions — computing ahead where all the air parcels are headed — then it is able, still ahead of what is happening, compute in intervention (chemtrailing to cool air and other technologies to swallow cloud (releasing carbon black into the atmosphere heats the air so that water droplets evaporate into invisible water vapor, so that rain that would have otherwise occured does not occur) — and there is also technology to warm particles scattered by aircraft — these are invisible from the ground — which are then heated by systems that send waves of electro-magnetic energy, bouncing it off the ionesphere, where it warms those particles – creating low pressure areas which give weaponized weather control its ability to pull parcels with the low pressure — the opposite of what high pressure from Chemtailing cloud cover does.
Spinning systems — on a small scale (tornado) or in gigantic meso systems (hurricans and typhoons) can be accelerated at high altitudes by transferring spin from larger cyclonic systems to smaller systems — like a big gear wheel can turn a small gear wheel by transferring its force to the smaller circle. Hurricanes and tornadoes can thus be part of the armamentarium of weather warfare. Hurricanes can be steered, they can be slowed or weakened as well as speeded up by interventions that cool parts of it and heat other parts of it. They can contract the rotation causing an acceleration of spin and they can widen the cyclone weakening rotation — not always and not anywhere — but to a large extent when and where they want it.
This form of weather control is real and it has been in operation since the 1990’s.
The claim that weather modification of this kind is impossible because computer models pick up to much error in the rounding of numbers after too many calculations — is a phony argument. While it is true that one intervention cannot set course of air parcels to their targets — the fact is that the computers are always operating and are able to get the weather controllers where they want to go through a continuous series of successive approximations. Each chemtrail operation moves the weather closer to the desired result — but new interventions are constantly being computed — and new interventions being identified and almost immediately carried out by an airforce of weather control planes that are operating around the world every day.
