To prevent disease and maintain relaxation, there is the ancient eastern art of  JIN SHIN JYUTSU. Translated from Japanese : “Art of the Creator through man of knowing and compassion”.
It is believed by ancient wisdom that there are pathways running in our bodies, which get blocked over time and need regular cleansing through manipulation. The Video shows the technique .
One of the simplest and easiest methods to release old emotions and help a person relax is to hold each of the five fingers one at a time for about 3 to 5 minutes. To open these feelings and experiences and to release stress that blocks and limits us, simply wrap the fingers of the opposite hand around each finger, one at a time, and gently hold until you feel a steady, rhythmic pulse indicating that balance and harmony is achieved in that flow pattern, usually about three to five minutes per finger. Remember to breathe long, deep breaths while you do this on yourself. (If you are holding someone else’s fingers, invite them to take deep, relaxing breaths while you’re working with them.)
