US-Led Coalition Bomb Syrian Army, ISIS Attack Follows

US-led Coalition warplanes bombed the Syrian army in the province of Homs in central Syria

According to pro-government sources, the airstrikes were followed by  another attack in the same area, this time by ISIS.

Southfront reports: If reports are confirmed, it will be another sign of the long-standing US campaign aimed at undermining the anti-ISIS efforts of the Syrian-Iranian-Russian alliance in the war-torn country.

Earlier, spokesperson for the United States Department of State, Heather Nauert, said that the US has no plans to remain in Syria after ISIS is defeated. How could such statements be reliable amid the US actions on the ground?

Only last week a spokesman for the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a US-backed alliance of militias dominated by the Kurdish YPG,  said the US had a “strategic interest” in staying in the region for decades after ISIS is defeated

Talal Silo told Reuters “They (the US) have a strategy policy for decades to come. There will be military, economic and political agreements in the long term between the leadership of the northern areas (of Syria) and the US administration”
