Nicki Minaj’s “Only” Video Draws Criticism for Nazi Imagery

Critics are knocking Niki Minaj for seemingly using alleged Nazi symbolism in her new music video for “Only.” Nicki Minaj released a lyric video for her guest-heavy new single, and the response by many have been shocking.

The video had barely been uploaded to YouTube before viewers started pointing out the obvious: Minaj appears to borrow heavily from Nazi imagery. Not only does the video evoke the symbols and imagery of Nazis, but in placing Minaj as the all-powerful dictator leading the army, many have argued that the rapper is in fact glorifying Nazism.
