Multiple absentee ballots in the names of dead people were mailed in to the New York City Board of Elections and declared valid, meaning dead people are voting in NYC, a new investigation has revealed.
The Staten Island Republican Party, which is closely scrutinizing absentee ballots, flagged the two records and referred the matter to the police and Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon’s office.
Records show that the elections board received an absentee ballot from a Frances Reckhow of Staten Island, a registered Democrat.

The BOE mailed an absentee ballot “requested” by Frances M. Reckhow of Bedell Avenue on Sept. 24.
But there’s a problem: Frances Reckhow, who was born on July 6, 1915, and would be 105 today, died in 2012, according to an obituary filed with the Staten Island Advance.
Despite dying 8 years ago, Reckhow supposedly mailed the ballot back on Oct. 6 and the BOE received it and declared it valid on Oct. 8, tracking records show.
NYPost report: An absentee ballot was also mailed from a Gertrude Nizzere, also a registered Democrat, who was born on Feb. 7, 1919, and would be 101 today.
The BOE said someone identifying as Gertrude Nizzere, with an address of Shore Road in Brooklyn, requested an absentee ballot in September.
Records show the Nizzere ballot was mailed on Oct. 9 and it was received by the BOE on Oct.13, which declared the ballot valid on Oct. 25.
But after further review, the agency on Oct. 30 declared the Nizzere ballot “Invalid” because a search found the voter was “Deceased,” its records show.
A close outcome is expected between first-term Democratic Rep. Max Rose and Republican Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis for the 11th Congressional District seat covering Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, including Rekhow and Nizzere’s addresses.
“People should be on the alert for dead people voting. There are people using the names of dead voters to cast ballots,” said Staten Island GOP chairman Brendan Lantry.
“I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Lantry. “We’re requesting that the NYPD and the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office investigate.”
Republicans discovered that Nizzere died on July 4, 2016, and is buried in Calverton cemetery.
Filling out a ballot in a dead person’s name is fraud and has resulted in prosecutions elsewhere, including recently on Long Island, where a voter was accused of forging his dead mom’s name on an absentee ballot.
The Board of Elections said it was looking into the matter. The absentee ballots don’t get counted until six days after Election Day in New York.
President Trump has raised concerns about mail-in balloting, including after the city BOE was forced to resend nearly 100,000 absentee ballots to Brooklyn voters after a vendor provided the wrong return envelopes with other people’s names.

Where do I begin? This is about PA votes BUT…There is no way- no how the vote counts for Biden are correct! NONE.
FACT: I worked the poll as a Poll watcher in one of the bluest Burb in Philly I saw first hand the Trump support it was 75% plus for him.
I was there from 6:30 am to 8:15 pm with one hour off and very few voted in that time per other workers so I did not miss anything per the other poll watchers!
How do I know they actually voted for him? Well 3 things: 1st you don’t wear $35-$50 Trump gear if you just want to mess with the exit polls! 2nd: They were giving us a Thumbs up in line 3rd: They came to our table afterwards and TOLD us They Voted for him!
As for this mail in crap— again I was a poll watcher and I saw the books and the counts! We only had 150 mail in votes yes only 150 … they were all postmarked from 2 weeks ago — all requested ballots were accounted for — they had who requested them. NO I repeat NO republican mail in vote was cast! they were all for Democrats ! and the Democrats were all bragging all day how they sent them in early.
Because this poll had the big lines very early in the day from about 5 pm to close we had very very few Voters maybe 60? in that time. We had only 3 voters in the 7 to 8pm hour, why is this fact important? Because they had time to count those mail in ballots in that slow time –They were counted before the polls closed!
They had a sheet with them listed from the election board. Fact: they had that sheet to be used for when someone wanted to present a NON USED Mail in ballot & have that ballot canceled from the books & and vote in person.
As for ballot canceling … we had few maybe 10 or 12 and mostly from Republicans who were sent them and were determined NOT to mail in! We had no issues with that, only a couple folks who had to go back home and get them or the envelope for them— it was not a big deal. Anything the press says is BS about mail in voting causing the delays in PA
Bottom line folks is mail in ballots are not an issue in the PA vote count period!
We had only one Voting machine –paper ballots and YOU inserted your vote into it!
The Judge of Elections there was open and very fair on ANY issue — we had few and nothing major … 90% were folks who waited in line and were told they were at the wrong place — Fact the Dems have moved the 3 polling places here 4 times in the last 4 Elections! Many were confused because they voted here in the primary but again it was changed for this Election! The 3 polling places are not far from each other less than 2 miles. But it was a hassle for those folks
We had One dead voter fraud and it was to a Trump supporter– he said “He never got a mail in ballot Nor did I request one” and of course ” he said I would have never used one I am Fing here in person to vote!” And here is the best part —the list had who cast that mail in Ballot — the Dems are so stupid they used a guy on his street who had been dead years…the guy’s own street for crips sake— the guy even showed them his OBIT on his phone!!! But sadly they could not cancel that vote and the guy was denied his right to vote! It went to the Constable (the PA sheriffs dept) right then and there and the court proceedings were started. I will go to bat for the guy if needed bet on that! he has my contact info.
So now you know the rest of the story from a True patriot watching. PA’s AG and whole upper Government is corrupt and committing voter fraud period no discussion on that!
