Election Justice USA Claims Fraud Cost Sanders 184 Delegates

Election Justice USA has released a 99 page report on irregularities in the Democratic primary elections, concluding that Bernie Sanders lost an "upper estimate of 184 pledged delegates as a result of specific irregularities and instances of fraud" - enough to have potentially altered the course of the nomination.

Election Justice USA has released a 99 page report on irregularities in the Democratic primary elections, concluding that Bernie Sanders lost an “upper estimate of 184 pledged delegates as a result of specific irregularities and instances of fraud” – enough to have potentially altered the course of the nomination.

Adding these delegates to Senator Sanders’ pledged delegate total and subtracting the same number from Hillary Clinton’s total would more than erase the 359 pledged delegate gap between the two candidates,” the report states.

Election Justice USA established the upper estimate through exit polling data, statistical analysis by precinct size, and attention to the details of Democratic proportional awarding of national delegates. Even small changes in vote shares in critical states like Massachusetts and New York could have substantially changed the media narrative surrounding the primaries in ways that would likely have had far reaching consequences for Senator Sanders’ campaign.”

The detailed report, released by Election Justice – a national non-partisan coalition of election integrity experts, attorneys, statisticians, journalists and activists – is divided into four sections.

The first section introduces Election Justice USA, the lawsuits it has filed during the course of the 2016 Democratic presidential primary season, and the legal background surrounding issues of voter’s rights and voter suppression.

Section two describes and analyzes, in great detail, the wide variety of election fraud types documented in the 2016 Democratic primary and caucus cycle.

Section three discusses the types of election fraud on a date-by-date, state-by-state basis. It establishes lower and upper estimates for more than two dozen states or territories where Election Justice USA’s analyses establish that systematic irregularities or election fraud may have reached a level that affected national delegate totals.

Section four concludes by calling for decertification of the 2016 Democratic primary results in over 20 states, while outlining Election Justice USA’s recommendations for the avoidance of election fraud in future US elections, including:

1) Exclusive use of hand-counted paper ballots in all future US elections.

2) Automatic voter registration with same-day party affiliation switching as a mandatory condition for all elections that are publicly funded.

3) Restoration of voting rights legislation which would ensure adequate access to polling sites.

    • Its a sight with relevant truthful information that Hilltards would not understand.  Go back to having your head in the sand!

  4. I’m calling it fraud on Bernie’s part then. He NEVER should have run as a Democrat when he is so set on staying Independent and doing his own thing. He cheated so many who believed in him as being part of the Democratic Party …. that’s not right. Yes, we need to allow third parties to be part of all phases of campaigning … but we do not and should not allow anyone to pretend to be part of one party just to get on the ballot. That sucks. The email stuff sucks, too, don’t get me wrong …. but that wouldn’t have happened if Bernie was a true Democrat and not being a fake.

    • He went with the party that was closest aligned to his positions, that could give him a chance to win. That party cheated thousands(possibly millions) of voters and forced a corrupt candidate through the system to sustain the status qou and maintain the oligarchy. The two party system is holding this country back and empowering the wealthy elites to maintain complete control of the country. We must wake up unite and stop voting with party affiliation and start voting for candidates that represent us the 99% and not the 1%.

    • Why do you think he went back to being an independent Ellen??? Because 99% of everything he said about Democrats happened to him in the Primary. Democracy did not get to run it’;s course, and we have 20,000 emails to back our point. So adjust your blinders there is nothing to see here according to your DNC masters, and your Queen.

    • – But so you’re saying that two wrongs make a right?   Democrats, in your opinion, cheated, so it’s okay for Bernie to cheat, too?   🙁   I disagree .  Actually, maybe the time was ripe enough – considering the discontent (putting it mildly) that the two main candidates are generating now, perhaps a strong Independent candidate like Bernie could have pulled off the unthinkable this time and actually won this election had he been true to himself.   I concur with you that the two party system has to go … it is antiquated, corrupt and not conducive to giving our country the best possible leaders.  And along with that … we need term limits for the Senators and Congressmen, as well.

    • – I thought about not even responding to a childish comment that makes assumptions and tosses snipes like an uninformed 14 year old …. but I decided to anyway, just to assert that I am an Independent and the thought of either Hillary or Trump in the White House makes my stomach turn.   But if we are going to call BS on either of those candidates for any reason, we should, as you mentioned, take the blinders off that selectively worn when looking at a contender who pretended to be something he wasn’t just to get in the running …. that’s wrong, too.   As I mentioned to Orange Lamp earlier (who happens to be able to converse like an adult here) ….. Bernie could have done the country a great service by running as an Independent ….. heck maybe an upset victory, although that would be a hope more than a viable reality this time around, I guess.   But he had enough support to get into the debates … and enough to get himself on the ballot.
