CIA asset Abdelhakim Belhadj is reportedly leading Islamic State forces in Libya.
He was a top member of the jihadist group that the US government and NATO armed and funded in the overthrow of Colonel Gaddafi back in 2011.
The presence of the ISIS in Iraq, Syria and now Libya is a key element in the next phase in the ‘war on terror.’
