“Turkey is not the country, for which one can create problems by acting so.
Should we deem it necessary, we will introduce our own sanctions in return,” Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that Russia’s sanctions against Turkey were harming the economies of both countries and should be lifted immediately.
At the same time, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk promised that Kiev would reach out a helping hand to Turkey to ensure “food security” for Turkey in the case of Russian sanctions.
