Former BuzzFeed editor in chief Ben Smith admitted Tuesday that Facebook helped rig the election for Barack Obama in 2008, and claims that the Social Media giant is basically a “Democratic institution” hellbent on helping any Democrat nominee win.
In an interview on MSNBC, Smith said that while conducting research for his new book “Traffic,” he was surprised to learn about the illegal role Facebook and mainstream media outlets like the Huffington Post played in ensuring Obama was successfully elected
“I think the thing that surprised me most was going back and seeing that there was this early internet scene where, to some degree, the explicit goal was to elect Barack Obama,” Smith pointed out.

“For the Huffington Post, that was part of the point,” he added.
“And everyone just took for granted in that world that these were college kids, young people, newly on the internet — they were Democrats. Barack Obama visited Facebook. It sort of went without saying that Facebook was like a Democratic institution.”
Theblaze.com reports: Smith is right. The 2008 election was the first that played out in significant part online. Obama won, in part, because he successfully utilized the novel digital world.
A US News article published in November 2008 explained:
This election was the first in which all candidates—presidential and congressional—attempted to connect directly with American voters via online social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace. It has even been called the “Facebook election.” It is no coincidence that one of Obama’s key strategists was 24-year-old Chris Hughes, a Facebook cofounder. It was Hughes who masterminded the Obama campaign’s highly effective Web blitzkrieg—everything from social networking sites to podcasting and mobile messaging.
Smith’s observation about Facebook and the liberal digital media world cements part of the thesis for his book: Obama’s election seemed like the culmination of the new digital landscape, but Trump’s election in 2016 was the true “apogee” of the digital media era because right-wing personalities learned from BuzzFeed, Huffington Post, and Gawker Media to maximize the digital world to conservatives and, ultimately, Trump.
“[F]or the people who thought that they were the main characters, like me and you — it turned out it was Andrew Breitbart and Steve Bannon who were the main characters,” Smith explained in a separate interview.

Lawyers for the Obama Administration announced that Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate was a forgery. Under penalty of perjury, the lawyers said they were forced to say that the birth certificate was valid.
A lawyer representing the Obama administration say the birth certificate was knowingly purveyed to fool the American Public into believing he was legitimately able to be President.
However, they purport that Obama knows he is not a natural born citizen.
Obama stated at a White House briefing that the birth certificate subject is “irrelevant”. He must think that by dismissing it that he can make it go away.
This invalidates the Obama Presidency and makes him ineligible to be President in 2012.
Pen Johannson, Editor of the Daily Pen, stated in his editorial that this controversy should set off a firestorm of constitutional questions and a legislative controversy of epic proportions.
In New Jersey, a case about Obama’s eligibility has influenced activist to question the President’s legal right to be Commander and Chief.
Alexandra M. Hill, representative defense attorney for Obama made comments that brought the Tea Party members to question the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certificate.
Nick Purpura of Wall Township, NJ, and Ted Moran of Toms River, NJ, filed their objection with the New Jersey Board of Elections. Purpura and Moran objected to Obama appearing on the June 5 Democratic Primary ballot on two grounds:
• No one knows exactly who Barack H. Obama is, because he has had three different names in life. Furthermore, he has never furnished a true copy of his birth certificate to the Secretary of State. So no one can be sure that Obama was born in the United States.
• Obama’s father was a British colonial subject. He not only was not a naturalized citizen on the alleged date of Obama’s birth, but indeed never sought naturalization. Therefore Obama could never be a natural-born citizen no matter where he was born.
Attorney for the plaintiff, Mario Apuzzo asserts that the birth certificate is the proof of Obama’s citizenship that allows him to be on the ballot in New Jersey.
On April 10, 2012, these lawyers admitted to the forgery.
Even Obama is asserting that the document is a fake and should not be allowed into evidence.
And the judge in this case agrees.
By this admission, Barack Obama can be charged with High Crimes and Misdemeanors by lying to the American public about his legitimacy as President. Obama is guilty to criminal activity and blatantly ineligible for Presidency and the electoral process this year. (Nothing Obama did or signed in Our Name Is Legal or Binding)
Without the birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he is a natural born citizen. Where before this development, the Obama administration adamantly asserted that the birth certificate was legitimate; they knowing lied and therefore should be arrested and charged with their illegal actions against the American people.
Obama’s lawyers met with Attorney Mario Apuzzo after this story begun to leak out. They intend to have the videos of the NJ Obama Ballot Access Challenge public hearing removed and suppressed.
The Obama administration does not want this information known to the public and is trying to perform damage control as this story is shared across the internet.

Obama when born in 1961 was a British Subject via his British Subject father, per the British Nationality Act of 1948 which governed the status of children born to British Subjects. Obama thus was born with dual citizenship and allegiances and a foreign claim on his allegiance. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the USA and he is and was not eligible to be the President under Article II of Our U.S. Constitution. He is a Usurper.
While a natural born Citizen is obviously a Citizen at birth, not all Citizens at birth are natural born Citizens at birth. The two legal terms of art are not identical and are not equal. All “natural born Citizens” are Citizens at birth but not all Citizens are “natural born Citizens” at birth. If you cannot grasp that logic concept then try this analogy, “all trees are plants but not all plants are trees”.
There are five types of Citizenship mentioned in the U.S. Constitution. All Citizens have equal rights as a member of the society but not all Citizens have the privilege and legal eligibility requirements to be the President and Commander in Chief of the Military under Article II of our Constitution, the fundamental law of our nation.
There is absolutely nothing in that U.S. Statute, USC Title 8 Section 1401 that addresses “natural born Citizenship”. The law addresses basic “Citizenship at Birth”, i.e., who is a “Citizen by Birth”, (which is needed under various situations and conditions of a child’s birth spelled out in Section 1401) which requires such a man-made act of law to grant the Citizenship by an act of Congress, i.e., naturalized at birth by act of Congress. USC 1401 does not grant “natural born Citizenship” to anyone. Natural born Citizens do not need man-made laws to grant them Citizenship. The facts of nature of their birth do that. The legal term of art “natural born Citizen” is not even mentioned in that law. USC Title 8 Section 1401 only determines by law who is a “Citizen” or a “National” of the U.S. at birth, i.e., a basic “Citizen at birth”, i.e., a person entitled to the rights and privileges of membership in the society of our nation under our Constitution, the supreme and fundamental law of our nation. The Section 1401 law is a naturalization law which grants citizenship by law, not by nature. The legal term of art “Citizen at birth” is not the same legally as the legal term of art “natural born Citizen”. Simply note that in one case we are talking about who is at least an ordinary, basic “Citizen” at birth with no adjectives in front of the word Citizen, and in the other case we have two very important adjectives placed in front of the word Citizen by the framers of the Constitution, i.e., “natural born” Citizen. Since that term was used in the Constitution only once in Article II for singular most powerful office in our new federal government, the framers intended that it have special meaning. And the source of that meaning is written down and well known by legal scholars. That specific type of citizenship and “legal term of art” natural born Citizen was codified by Vattel in his legal treatise “The Law of Nations and Principles of Natural Law”, published in 1758, in which he said that … a natural born citizen is a person born in the country to parents who are both citizens of the country. And this group or class of citizens are the most populous group of any nation. They do not need statutory law to be considered Citizens of the nation. Nature and the facts of their birth in the country to two Citizen parents granted that to them, not Congress.
