Crowd Boo Dr Fauci As He Throws First Pitch At Baseball Game

Dr Fauci

It looks like America’s covid pandemic ‘hero’ is starting to run out of supporters.

President Biden’s chief medical adviser Dr Anthony Fauci was booed by spectators on Tuesday as he threw the ceremonial first pitch at the Seattle Mariners baseball game against the New York Yankees.

The Daily Sceptic reports: The 81-year-old, who has been Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for 38 years and is known as America’s Doctor, has been heavily criticised during the pandemic for apparently orchestrating a cover-up of the lab leak theory of Covid origins with those involved in the associated research, making false or misleading claims about the efficacy and safety of vaccines, masks and other interventions, attacking scientists who disagreed with him, and changing his line for reasons apparently unconnected to evidence.

The ignominy of a public booing has rarely been more richly deserved. He’s still in post though. What do you have to do to get the sack round here? Ah yes, that’s right – mildly offend a woke activist. Do that and you’re out on your ear. But be caught conspiring to hide your potential culpability for a virus responsible for millions of deaths? Carry on, throw a pitch.
