The people of Germany have been instructed to stockpile food, water and cash, reinforce their houses and learn to defend themselves from attack as their government warns of “existence-threatening developments in the future.”
Governmental institutions have been ordered to invest in “back-up plans and systems” to insure their functionality, with reference made to “bunker structures to maintain order during battles or emergencies.”
Germany is on high terror alert following another round of bloody attacks that have shocked the country leading Germany to urge citizens to stockpile resources for the first time since the Cold War.

The German government is warning citizens to prepare for chaos and devastation, the Frankfurther Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung newspaper reported on Sunday, as the country finds itself on the brink of a populist uprising after two Islamist attacks and a shooting rampage by a mentally unstable teenager last month.
In the shocking report, the newspaper quoted a report by the German Interior Minister, titled “Concept for Civil Defense” saying that “the population will be obliged to hold an individual supply of food for ten days.”
People should prepare themselves and their families “for a development that could threaten our existence and cannot be categorically ruled out in the future,” the report states.
WHAT DO THEY KNOW?
The extraordinary report, released at a time of widespread civil dissidence, is expected to raise further questions about Angela Merkel’s leadership.
Her approval rating has plunged to record low levels with an April poll finding that 65% of the German people were upset with her open door immigration policy while only 34% approved.
Others believe that the German government are preparing for an economic crash, as fears grow that the repercussions on an already agitated populace could be disastrous.
