Thousands Of Crabs Mysteriously Washed Up On California Beaches

Fact checked

Thousands of orange and red coloured tuna crabs are mysteriously washing ashore on the beaches of San Diego, California.

Reports suggest the phenomenon could be the result of a mysterious blob of warm water off the West Coast of America and Mexico in the Pacific Ocean.

We previously reported on  the ‘warm blob’  that scientists say has caused temperatures to rise 3 degrees above  normal levels in the Pacific ocean.
