Cops prepared for riots in Ferguson as civil unrest increase

Our friends at infowars.com are today broadcasting live from Ferguson showing protestors in the area surrounded by police in riot and military gear. Viewers of the live stream have reported today seeing military vehicles arriving on the scene with sniper rifles. No shots have yet been fired.

On Wednesday, Fox St. Louis reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has warned that a leader of the radical New Black Panther Party is in Ferguson, Mo., advocating violence against police.

“FBI confirmed document that says new black panther leader is in area encouraging violence against cops did indeed come from FBI,” tweeted Fox 2 reporter Roche Madden. Earlier in the day, he issued a tweet indicating that he was attempting to get confirmation of the document from the FBI. On Tuesday, he said rocks were being thrown at patrol cars and officers were targeted with death threats.

Since the fatal shooting of Michael Brown, the 18-year old who was shot and killed by police on Saturday afternoon, tensions in Ferguson have mounted and the threat of violence has increased.

According to police, Brown pushed an officer into his car. Then, both struggled and at some point, Brown reached for the officer’s weapon before a shot inside of the car followed by a number of other shots. Brown was not armed.

St. Louis County Prosecutor’s office confirmed that Brown had no prior misdemeanors or felonies against him.
